My Process - How Decluttering Works

Step 1: Free Discovery Call
This call allows you ask me questions you might have and also help me better understand your needs.

Step 2: Set dates and pay deposit
A 50% deposit is required within 72 hours of the booking the job and to secure the date/s.
Unfortunately I will not be able to hold the date/s past 72 hours.
Final payment is due once the job is complete.

Step 3: On-site Declutter
I arrive at the time agreed on the Discovery Call – usually between 8am and 10am
I am onsite for approximately 6 to 8 hours, depending on the project.
I will need you with me for this part of the job but don’t worry I try to make it as painless and fun as possible!

Step 4: On-site Organisation
Once the decluttering is complete, you can rest with a cuppa and I will organise everything into functional yet easy to maintain systems.

Step 5: You finally get me out of your home!
If you have bags of clothes for charity, I can take them away and give to charity shops.
